  • HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO PLAY?
    We ask $15 per child. We accept 2 adults are always free during open-play hours! Each play pass includes re-entry for the entire day. We have plenty for even very young babies to do, even if they’re not yet crawling! Visit the photos on our play area page to see all there is to do!
  • I HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SAME RATE FOR ALL OF THEM?
    You don’t need to! We have discounted rates for families with more than one child if you purchase a package of passes or membership. Remember, 2 adults are always FREE!
  • DO YOU HAVE DROP OFF OPTION?
    No, unfortunately we do not provide drop off options, someone from adults (parents, caregivers) must always watch their child(ren). All adults are responsible for the well-being and behavior of their child(ren).
  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
    Yes, we have huge free parking
  • DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
    Yes! We offer a 10% discount to our Members. Membership is NOT REQUIRED to play but can be a great way to save money if you like to play often! (ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS ARE NOT VALID ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS SUCH AS PACKS OF PLAY PASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS)
  • I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE PARENTS LOUNGE, BUT WHAT IF I WANT TO USE THE PLAY AREA WITH MY CHILD?
    That’s great! We love the way when parents play with their child as much as they like and have full (socks-only) access to the play area, however we ask you to leave all food and drinks out of our play area. We even have seating right inside of our play areas for parents whose children prefer they stay close.
  • AT WHAT AGE DO YOU START CHARGING CHILDREN TO PLAY?
    Our rule is if your child is playing, we ask you to pay for them to do so. If you have only one child we asking to pay full price, if you have sibling younger 1 year, he/she is free. If your older child remains in the café area, there is no charge.
  • I HAVE A CHILD THAT’S OLDER THAN 7. CAN THEY COME TOO?
    We always try to make your child happy, our are is created for age under 7 y.o. we highly recommend to bring to play for open play hours kids under 7 y.o., however we have special events by tickets what can be interested for older kids (under 10 y,o,) and of course they can enjoy our play area during private party
  • . I HAVE AN INFANT, DO WE PAY TO PLAY AS WELL?
    If your infant will be using our play area (our sectioned-off crawler area recommended age is 6 months to 2 years but will have some toys for the younger babies to use as well!) we’ll ask you to purchase a play pass for them. If they are tagging along while big brother or sister plays and the infant won’t be playing, they can hang with their caregiver for free. We welcome and encourage baby-wearing here!
  • WILL KIDS OR PARENTS HAVE TO TAKE OFF THEIR SHOES?
    In our café parents lounge, please feel free to wear your shoes. We are trying to keep our place clean and safe. Our play area and party room is strictly SOCKS ONLY. Children and adults are required to wear Grip Socks in our play areas. No shoes, no bare feet! If you forget your grip socks, don’t worry! We have grip socks to purchase and keep for adults and children. We allow car seats and baby carriers in the play area but do NOT permit strollers. Feel free to leave strollers in the café by the registers. For our friends with different abilities who require the use of a stroller or wheeled device, we will gladly clean your wheels before entering the play area.
  • CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN SNACKS OR FOOD?
    YOU CAN BRING LIGHT SNACKS LIKE VEGGIES OR COOKIES, BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT FAST FOOD, SORRY! We have a variety of snacks and delicious, locally made, baked goods available, but we are also parents and understand that our offerings won’t work for everyone. We do ask that all beverages (other than bottles and such, of course!) consumed at our facility are purchased in our café. Just ask! We are NOT a nut-free facility. You may NOT bring in a birthday cake or cupcakes during open-play hours!
  • IS THE PLAY PASS GOOD FOR THE DAY?
    Yes,our play pass is good for reenter during all day and you can stay as long as you want.
  • CAN I USE MY FRIEND’S MEMBERSHIP CARD, OR GIVE MINE TO A FRIEND TO USE?
    No. Memberships MUST be used within an immediate family ONLY. You may not allow other families to use your passes at any time, even if they are visiting with you. They will need to fill out their own agreement and purchase whichever pass they like.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT CASH & CARDS?
    Yes, we accept cash and all major cards including American Express. We do not accept personal checks. We offer a cash discount and all pricing reflects that price. There will be an increased cost if you choose to swipe, tap, or dip your card.
  • CAN I HAVE MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AT THE CAFE WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE BOOKING PROCESS?
    No. We do not allow parties of any kind during our normal business hours. You may not bring in gifts, ice cream, cake or cupcakes, decorations, or re-arrange our tables in the café to accommodate your “party”. Doing so may result in you being asked to leave, and/or being charged a regular private party fee. If you are bringing your child on their birthday, please be considerate of our space and other guests. Please contact us to reserve your private party, we have better prices for weekdays.
  • DOES YOUR FACILITY ENFORCE A PLAY-AREA CAPACITY?
    Yes! We make sure the play area is as comfortable as possible at all times. Our play-areas each have a capacity of approximately 20 children, depending on the ages. We ask ourselves “Will adding one more child will detract from the experience of all guests?” before going over that number. If we are on a wait, we will allow families to wait in the café-area until a family leaves. Please ask for coloring books or other activities to use if you have to wait! For private party we are able to host 20 kids and 20 adults.
  • CAN YOU PAY FOR CLASSES OR EVENTS AT THE DOOR?
    All classes and events have limited seating and some require online registration. If tickets are available at the door it will be posted on our social media pages. Please see our events page for more details and registration information. Pre-registration helps us plan ahead and make sure our events do not get too crowded!
  • WHEN SHOULD I PAY FOR PARTY?
    We would like to make your party comfortable for you and your guests as much as possible, so we prefer no bothering you during the event and ask you to pay upfront. We ask about $200 deposit (non-refundable) when you reserve the day and rest of money in the day of event BEFORE your party start.
  • IF I WANT TO RENT PLACE FOR A LONGER TIMEFRAME, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
    Sometimes yes, it depends on availability, please contact us to check in 3 days before your event.
  • I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY. CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
    No, but we can try to reschedule it for other day, if you are rescheduling you can keep your deposit, but rescheduling can work only once.
  • CAN I BRING MY OWN DÉCOR OR PARTY ENTERTAINMENT?
    We offer our own décor and entertainment services, we have high quality services, however if you want to use your own you can do it, but we ask about extra fee ($100 for décor and $100 for entertainment)
  • I DO NOT LIKE YOUR PARTY TIME SLOTS. CAN I PICK UP MY OWN TIME SLOT?
    Unfortunately, no, we are pretty busy and trying to give an opportunity to celebrate special occasions as many as possible little celebrants. However, you always can reserves 2 time slots, in that case you get one additional hour between them for free!
  • What is your hours?
    Mn: closed Tuesday-Friday: 9:00-1:00 pm and 3:30 pm-7:00pm Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am-10:30 am (after that we used to have private party, but if we do not have we can extend hours, please call)
